As Sales Coordinator for the Key Strategic Accounts team, Camille is the dedicated point of contact for AVE’s growing portfolio of communities nationwide. She works closely with relocation management companies and corporate housing partners to find their employees and clients the perfect home away from home in our flexible-stay, fully furnished apartments. Camille also works directly with our on-site Resident Services teams to ensure each booking is move-in ready.
Q: What is a typical workday like for you?
I am the main point of contact for our relocation and corporate housing partners. When their client needs temporary housing, I provide our availability for their preferred location in a timely manner. Once the client is ready to book, I work with the counselor to confirm their accommodation. From there, I coordinate with the on-site Resident Services team to ensure every detail and request is ready to go for a seamless move-in experience. This includes personal check-ins with a dedicated AVE team member, priority bookings, and custom grocery packages.

A little over 2 years.

Collaborating with team members from all departments! Everyone is always eager to learn and happy to help.
Q: What is your favorite amenity or service at AVE and why?
The resident events! Each month, our teams plan a calendar of personalized activities and gatherings for our residents to attend. They are always so much fun and drive our goal to cultivate community.

Lately, I’ve been loving my weekly Barre classes.
Q: What is your favorite spot in Northern New Jersey and why?
As a former Bloomfield local, visiting Montclair is my absolute favorite! It’s a cute town with awesome restaurants and fun activities.
Q: What are 3 fun facts about you that we might not know?
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, I LOVE to travel (preferably anywhere with a beach), and I was born in the Philippines, then moved to California, and am now residing in New Jersey.
